Springfield, MA - “Life as usual has gone out the window, and parents need support,” shared Jessika Rozki, Owner of Rozki Rides, a professional transportation service for children and teens. “I love that I have the opportunity to help other parents or caregivers in this time that we really do have sole responsibility for the care of our children. I’m a mom of four, and my aim is to provide the same level of care to the children in our communities as I would to my own.”

With over 20 years of driving experience – and 15 of those years as a school bus driver – Jessika Rozki is changing the narrative for overextended parents and caregivers and answering the travel services need of community centers and child welfare programs. Since the launch of her professional transportation services in June 2019, Rozki has served approximately 100 families in the last year of operations. So far, she has been able to provide services to communities in Springfield, Chicopee, West Springfield, Agawam, East Longmeadow, Longmeadow, Ludlow, Wilbraham, and Easthampton.

Rozki possesses a sincere passion for providing safe transportation for children and teens, and it shows. “I get joy from seeing the excitement of the children when the van pulls up to bring them to their program and back home again. I consider being able to offer parents professional services directly a privilege because I understand the sacrifices we make to provide and care for our children,” Rozki explained.

“I was inspired to start the business in order to have a schedule that also allowed me to care for my daughter while continuing to do the work I loved as a school bus driver. I’m involved from the enrollment process to pick up and drop off. The children are able to feel safe because they get to know the driver one on one. I’m giving parents and programs the power of choice – they get to know the name, face, credentials and experience of the person transporting their children.”

And Rozki Rides doesn’t only provide service to school-related activities. In addition to school or day care, Rozki Rides offers door to door service for children traveling between caregivers or separated parents, during DCF or foster care transitions, for teens heading to the mall, or teenage mothers with babies. Whether it’s transportation to a remote learning program or a trip to Grandma’s house, Rozki Rides can be counted on for safe and reliable service. Car seats and boosters are ready and sanitized for children of all ages. Health-focused precautions are taken, requiring masks to be worn in the vans, reduced seating capacity, sanitization between all rides, and hand sanitizer made available at all times.

“I connected with Myke and the Stand Out Truck™ to get the word out about my business because I understand that safe transportation is of high importance to caregivers and families who are facing limited and sometimes less than ideal options. I want to support my community by helping to close this potential gap in the quality of care available to our children during these tough times.”
